The Akhundian Foundation Inc is a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization. The Foundation aims to raise the standard of living, foster diversity, and increase community self-reliance in Asia's poor and marginalised areas. AF works to expand economic inclusion, advance early childhood development, encourage early access to excellent education, improve health and nutrition, and empower civil society. For more than ten years, AF has worked in collaboration with communities, governments, and others to address and benefit people of all religions and origins, particularly women and girls, utilising a strategy that is locally rooted yet globally informed.
Akhundian Foundation Inc creates path out of poverty trough investment in education and innovative mentorship. We build lives of leadership.
Recently we signed MoU with the department of education district Kharmang, Baltistan to support schools in hard areas. Akhundian will provide additional trained teachers and necessary supplies for 7 selected schools in hard areas of Kharmang.
Akhundian Welfare Trust is providing full scholorships to 3 Medical students and 6 Lady health visitors.
We are working with different organization to work on women skill development programs.
Akhunidan Foundation Inc is working with health department of Gilgit Baltistan to solve health issues in the district.
Akhundian foundation Inc has conducted free 51 Medical camps in several villages of Baltistan.
Akhundian Foundation Inc is investing on health awareness issues. We have conducted several seminars, conferences and awareness walks.
Our aim is to improve the life of people by giving them skill, awareness and education of how to earn and become economical independent.
The Akhundian Foundation Inc. is a registered charity in the USA that works to improve people's access to community development, health care, and education.
